Extreme purpose begets extreme focus.
When we are focused, we have fewer (if any) bandwidth to process the emotion of fear. There simply isn’t space for it.
The opposite is also true. The less purpose we have the MORE room we have to internalize the infinite number of things that could go wrong.
The antidote to all fear is it’s opposite, purpose.
